We strive to describe the condition of each product as accurately as possible.
Please note that for used items, minor scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or signs of use may be present and are not considered defects.
📦 Shipping
We ship internationally from Japan using trusted carriers (e.g., EMS, DHL, or Japan Post).
All orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking numbers will be provided once the item is shipped.
🌐 Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before purchasing.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of used and specialty items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong item is sent or there is a major issue not described in the listing.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and explanation.
